The Art of wonder.

Creativity isn't a switch you flip when needed. It's a way of paying attention. It begins when you loosen your grip on certainty. When you pause before rushing to conclusions. That small moment of not knowing, wonder appears.

Wonder is not confusion. It's a way of staying open. Of noticing how you see. Of being present long enough for something new to appear. In that space, ideas don't be forced. They unfold. Creativity becomes less about control and more about possibility.

In this talk, Glenn D'Hondt explores how wonder can be cultivated through practical philosophy, art, and cognitive science. How attention works. How perception shapes what you see. And what becomes visible when you look again.

The age of zombies  (coming soon)

Every era creates its monsters. Not to scare us, but to show us what we fail to see. Frankenstein warned us about blind science. Today's monster is the zombie. Always scrolling. Always hungry. Rarely present.

In this talk, Glenn D'Hondt explores what the zombie reveals about our time. Drawing on cognitive science, he shows how attention shapes the way we see the world. And what happens when that attention is constantly hijacked.

This is not a horror story. It's a wake-up call.
The zombie holds up a mirror to a culture where attention is currency, opinions are instant, and certainty comes too easily. A world that is loud, connected, and strangely empty.

For curious young minds. A talk that invites you to look the monster in the eye. And choose to stay awake.

Available from September 2026.
