LOOK AGAIN

Most of us think we see. 
Often we only glance. 

This session opens explores the principles behind visual perception. Contrast. Repetition. Balance. Rhythm. Scale. The quiet patterns that shape how we perceive beauty and meaning. We look at how they work in film, photography, art and design. Then we step outside and try to spot them in real time. 

By slowing down automatic perception, you begin to see what is usually overlooked. A simple camera becomes a tool for sharpening your attention. As perception deepens, the ordinary becomes layered. Wonder moves closer.

You leave with:
- A sharper eye for visual patterns in everyday life.
- A more conscious way of framing images.
- A deeper understanding of symbolism and visual structure in film, photography, art and design.

COME TO YOUR SENSES

Creativity does not begin in your head. 
It begins in how you regulate yourself.

This session starts with an exploration of how breath, posture, and tension shape how you feel, think and respond. From there, we move into practice.

Through breath work, Qigong, body scan, and guided meditation, you learn to notice the subtle signals of your body before your mind turns them into stories. Tension before it becomes agitation. Restlessness before it becomes distraction. 

By slowing down and sensing more precisely, you begin to notice the space between stimulus and response. That space is were flexibility begins. Mind-wandering becomes intentional. Stillness becomes clarity. 

No mysticism. Just disciplined attention, practiced in a playful, grounded way. 

What you take with you:
- A clearer sense of how the body shapes attention and thinking.
- Ways to settle yourself when you feel stuck, reactive, or overwhelmed. 
- Practical exercises that help shift tension into openness.

- An introduction to how the body shapes attention and regulation.
- Breathwork to reset and refine awareness.
- Guided Qigong to train attention through movement.
- Body scan and guided meditation to deepen attention and imagination.

ON SECOND THOUGHT

Language shapes what feels real.
Before you act, you interpret. Before you interpret, you tell yourself a story. 

In this session, we put our own thinking on paper. We explore how language shapes what you perceive and believe. And how your own patterns of thought quietly steer you.

Theory and practice alternate throughout. A short reflection. Then writing. Insight. Then experiment. 
Through free writing, third-person shifts, creative constraints, and dialogical exercises, you slow your thinking down. Patterns appear. Assumptions surface. Blind spots come into view. What felt like certainty reveals itself as interpretation.

This is meta-cognition in action. You begin to notice how meaning gets made. And how it can shift. The moment you notice how you think, something loosens. That is where creativity begins. 

No therapy. Just disciplined reflection, practiced with clarity and play.
